The future has already begun

Ana Paula Fonseca and I did not only take part in the celebration of MZF4’s 40 years, but we also left with a question: what can Vazquez and Fonseca contribute to the future and growth of the Mazzaferro Group? The celebration of MZF4’s 40th anniversary, a company of the Mazzaferro Group, was marked by inspiring speeches from Claudio Mazzaferro (CEO of MZF4), Maurizio Mazzaferro (CEO of Mazzaferro Pesca) and Giovanni Mazzaferro (Chairman of the Board). They highlighted the entrepreneurial spirit of the patriarch, the early involvement of the three brothers in the businesses, and the transition to the group’s current Corporate Governance model. A future-oriented vision involving new technologies, sustainability, professional transformation driven by the new generation, and talent retention represents key challenges to remain globally consolidated while being rooted in Brazil.
