Recognize and Celebrate

This past Sunday, we celebrated MZF4’s 40th anniversary with a special event for our employees. It was an occasion to recognize and honor the professionals across different areas who make up our team and are fundamental to our success and achievements.

Held in Santo André (São Paulo, Brazil), the event welcomed board members Maurizio Mazzaferro and Laércio Lessa. In a moving moment, Maurizio presented a commemorative plaque to his brother, our CEO Claudio Mazzaferro, in recognition of his years leading MZF4 — symbolizing the appreciation of every employee for his leadership. In addition to Claudio, 18 veterans with more than two decades of dedication to the company were also honored with commemorative plaques for their work and commitment.

More than a celebration of four decades of history, this was a moment of togetherness that reinforced our team’s unity and cohesion… key elements for a company that values people, the full development of their potential, and the growth of everyone around them.
