All electricity consumed in our manufacturing operations is sourced from the free market and comes entirely from 100% renewable sources. As a result of optimized industrial processes and the implementation of water recirculation systems, electricity and water usage has been significantly reduced — with a 90% reduction in water consumption over the past six years.

In 2019 and 2020, MZF4 avoided the emission of 867.6 tons of CO₂ by choosing to use electricity from 100% renewable sources. This figure is equivalent to 6,073 trees reforested over a 30-year project.
