Closing out 2022

Wrapping up another year of intense work that brought us excellent results!

Once again, the MZF4 team has demonstrated dedication and competence. There is still much to improve, but the signs are clear, showing that our growth potential is very high. We are a high-performance team, with immense talent on board.

The year 2023 will be challenging! We will navigate through local and global storms, and we must act quickly, decisively, intensely, and precisely in everything we do.

Before turning the page on 2022, I want to reinforce the values that guide our journey: innovation, implementation, performance, sustainability, cohesion, and focus. Let us also remember the two fundamental values of the Mazzaferro Group: work and entrepreneurship. We go into the field to win, even when facing adversity. We are persistent, and nothing shakes us. After all, we have a mission that began in 1953… and we continue to pursue it ever more firmly.
